Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Agefully collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you use the Agefully website, mobile application, related services, and any features that link to this policy.

Agefully is a wellness and healthy-aging planning app. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition.

By using Agefully, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Profile and onboarding information, such as name, age or age range, sex, height, weight, activity level, goals, preferences, diet, restrictions, cuisines, skin focus, sleep quality, mindfulness baseline, and similar wellness inputs.

Health and fitness information, such as nutrition logs, meals, calories, macros, fiber, sodium, saturated fat, water, coffee, alcohol, cigarettes, digestion, mood, relaxation sessions, sleep logs, skin routine logs, workouts, steps, heart rate, HRV, VO2 max, active energy, distance, weight, height, UV exposure, daylight, and Apple Health data you choose to permit.

User content, such as meal photos, selfies, future-self images, typed meal descriptions, pasted recipe text, recipe links, custom recipes, saved foods, ingredient edits, grocery list edits, and other content you submit or create.

Purchase and subscription information, such as purchase history, entitlement status, product identifiers, renewal status, and receipt-related information processed through Apple and RevenueCat.

Technical and anti-abuse information, such as IP address, request headers, approximate request time, route requested, device type, operating system, app version, and similar information needed to operate, secure, debug, and protect the services.

Support information, such as your email address, device model, app version, screenshots, and the content of any message you send us if you contact support.

Agefully stores many app records locally on your device, including profile details, preferences, goals, plans, saved foods, meal logs, workout logs, health-related logs, streaks, notification preferences, Apple Health connection state, and generated or selected images.

Local storage is not automatically accessible to Agefully unless you submit it through a connected feature, contact support with it, restore it through platform features, or otherwise transmit it off your device.

Deleting the app, clearing device storage, or using operating system tools may remove local data. We are not responsible for loss of local data.

If you connect Apple Health, Agefully requests permission to read only the categories shown in the Apple Health permission screen, which may include sleep, heart rate, HRV, workouts, distance, active energy, water, steps, height, weight, VO2 max, UV exposure, and related health or fitness samples.

Agefully uses Apple Health data to fill in your daily plan, logs, summaries, and wellness estimates. Agefully does not sell Apple Health data, does not use Apple Health data for advertising, and does not use Apple Health data to determine eligibility for insurance, employment, credit, or similar decisions.

You can change Apple Health permissions at any time in iOS Settings or the Health app. If you remove permission, previously imported local data may remain in Agefully unless you delete it in the app or remove local app data.

Some Agefully features transmit your submitted content to AI service providers so the feature can work. Meal photos may be sent for nutrition estimation. Meal descriptions and pasted recipe text may be sent for structured nutrition or recipe estimates. Selfies may be sent for visual age estimates or future-self image generation.

AI outputs are estimates and may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting results before relying on them.

Agefully currently uses Anthropic for meal, recipe, and visual age analysis, and OpenAI for future-self image generation. These providers may process and retain submitted inputs, outputs, metadata, and abuse-monitoring records under their own terms, privacy policies, data processing terms, and retention controls.

When you search foods or scan packaged-food barcodes, Agefully may send the search text or barcode to Open Food Facts or route the request through Agefully servers. Open Food Facts returns product names, brands, images, serving details, and nutrition facts where available.

When you import a recipe by link, Agefully may fetch the webpage you provide, extract readable recipe text and metadata, and use that information to create a recipe draft. Do not submit private, paywalled, confidential, or unlawful content.

Third-party product and recipe data may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or subject to third-party rights. You are responsible for confirming nutrition, allergens, ingredients, and food safety information.

We use information to provide, maintain, personalize, and improve Agefully, including daily plans, wellness scores, nutrition estimates, workout plans, reminders, subscriptions, support, security, fraud prevention, rate limiting, abuse prevention, debugging, compliance, and legal protection.

We may use deidentified, aggregated, or anonymized information for analytics, product improvement, research, reporting, or business purposes, provided the information does not reasonably identify you.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not use health data, Apple Health data, meal photos, selfies, or private user content for third-party advertising.

Where privacy laws require a legal basis, we process information based on your consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, legal obligations, vital interests, or another lawful basis depending on the feature and jurisdiction.

You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, but withdrawal may prevent related features from working and does not affect processing that already occurred lawfully.

We may share information with service providers and processors that help us operate Agefully, including hosting providers, AI providers, subscription and entitlement providers, app stores, food database providers, customer support tools, security providers, analytics or diagnostics providers if enabled, and professional advisers.

Current app-related providers may include Apple, RevenueCat, Anthropic, OpenAI, Open Food Facts, Expo, EAS Hosting, and infrastructure providers used to host the website or app services.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, governmental request, safety need, fraud prevention, security investigation, enforcement of our terms, protection of rights, merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or business transfer.

Agefully does not currently use third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or cross-app tracking for advertising. If this changes, we will update this policy and seek consent where required.

The website may receive ordinary technical information from browsers and hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, user agent, referring page, device type, and approximate location inferred from IP address.

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, operate features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, maintain security, and protect our rights.

Server-side rate-limit records may be kept temporarily, such as for the duration of the rate-limit window. Provider logs, AI inputs and outputs, subscription records, app store records, and hosting logs may be retained by third parties under their own retention policies.

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, delete the app, reset app data, or the operating system removes it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure.

You are responsible for securing your device, app store account, backups, operating system, and any screenshots or exported content you share.

Agefully is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13 or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction. Do not use Agefully if you are not old enough to consent to this policy.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to Agefully, contact us and we will take appropriate steps under applicable law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, object to, or appeal certain processing of personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or complain to a regulator.

You can request help by contacting us at the email below. We may need to verify your request, and some data may be unavailable if it is stored only on your device or controlled by a third-party app store or provider.

You can manage Apple Health permissions in iOS, notification permissions in your device settings, subscriptions through Apple, and app data through the app or operating system tools.

Agefully and its service providers may process information in the United States, Canada, and other countries where we or our providers operate. These countries may have privacy laws different from those in your jurisdiction.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of Agefully after an update means you accept the updated policy to the extent permitted by law.
