The Aging Well Index is a wellness score that summarizes recent nutrition, movement, sleep, skin, and mindfulness signals and turns them into practical next steps.

AI features

Agefully may use AI to estimate nutrition from meal photos or text, structure recipe imports, estimate visual age, and generate optional future-self images. AI outputs are estimates and may be wrong.

Apple Health

Agefully can read compatible Apple Health data only when a user grants permission. Apple Health signals may include sleep, steps, workouts, heart rate, HRV, VO2 max, active energy, distance, height, weight, water, UV exposure, and daylight.

Privacy posture

Agefully does not use Apple Health data, meal photos, selfies, or private user content for third-party advertising. Some app features use service providers such as Apple, RevenueCat, Anthropic, OpenAI, Open Food Facts, Expo, and hosting infrastructure.
